CALCULATION OF AIR CHANGE, NUMBER OF VENTILATORS ETC.
A. THE NUMBER OF AIR CHANGE required is as per the ventilation schedule below. Nevertheless, other factor such as traffic flow, number of ventilation outlets/inlets (doors, windows) and whether area is enclosed, partial enclosure or completely sealed, need to be taken into account.
E.g. There are many types of warehouses.
- Warehouses with doors opened most of the time.
- Warehouses with heavy flow of traffic like forklifts, cranes, human traffic, etc.
- Warehouses not used as workstations but usually enclosed.
In situations like the above, kindly contact our Technical Science Department to take some measurement (e.g.: humidity or heat etc.) and recommend the number of air change required.
